rimane comunque il problema che il DB è unico e se va offline UCL,
come ieri, si blocca tutto.

OpenStreetMap.org is currently suffering from a partial outage due to
a major denial of service attack against the UK Academic Network.

The outage mostly affects those outside of the UK. An outage like this
is extremely rare.

The operation team will implement a workaround if the problems persist.

Pour les non anglophones il y a une attaque DOS sur le reseau de l universite 
qui heberge les serveurs OSM
L equipe qui gere les serveurs OSM va essayer de mettre quelque chose en place 
si le probleme persiste

Grant donne un compte twitter qui permet de suivre les infos sur la resolution 
du probleme
