[PUG] woody als Router
Hallo, ich will einen PC mit ISDN-Karte und Debian woody als Router einetzen. Die ISDN-Verbindung on demand klappt, IP-Forwarding ist eingeschaltet (in /etc/network/options), aber auf dem PC von dem aus ich über den Router ins Internet will, kommen keine Daten an. Der Verbindung (ping) zwischen den beiden Rechnern klappt. Die Routing Tabellen sollten stimmen, denn die habe ich von einer früheren funktionierenden Konfiguration mit SuSE übernommen. Hat jemand eine Idee, woran es liegen könnte? Gibt es so eine Art Checkliste, was man auf welchem Rechner wie konfigurieren muß? Wie kann ich rausfinden, wo die Daten hängen bleiben? -- cu! [PUG] Konfiguration GRUB
Hallo, ich habe auf einem PC Windows 98, SuSE 8.2 und Debian woody installiert und nutze den Bootloader GRUB von SuSE 8.2. Bei der Installation erkennt SuSE Windows 98 und baut das auch in das Bootmenu ein. Aber Debian kriegt SuSE nicht gebacken. Ich habe dann über YaST2 das Bootmenu manuell angepaßt und ein entsprechender Eintrag erscheint jetzt auch im Menu. Meine datei menu.lst sieht so aus: # Modified by YaST2. [PUG] Probleme X-Server
Hallo, ich versuche unter Debian woody den X-Server zum Laufen zu bewegen. Unter SuSE 8.2 funzt die Graka. An der kann es also nicht liegen. Aber offensichtlich klappt irgendwas mit meiner Grafikkarte (ATI Rage 128 Pro) nicht so ganz. Hallo Valentin, ich kenne für solche Aufgaben nur MrProject für den GNOME-Desktop. Einige von Euch haben bereits mit Sicherheit schon mal groessere projekte ( so ab 1 Zeilen ) gemacht. Hat jemand irgendein Programm als Unterstuetzung verwendet? Ich dachte an solche features wie: -Zeitplanung, -Organisation, -Dokumentation. -- cu! Einfach die Leute persönlich ansprechen und man bekommt Hilfe und Infos ohne Ende. Die Erfahrung habe ich gestern auch gemacht. Sie sitzen zwar oftmals mit dem Rücken zum Besucher an dem Stand, was nicht gerade einladend wirkt, aber wenn man sie anspricht, bekommt man wirklich gute Antworten. [PUG] Treffpunkt auf dem Linuxtag
Hallo zusammen, ich werde auch am Donnerstag auf dem Linuxtag sein. Wollen wir uns dort zu einem irgendwann rgendwo treffen? Wäre mal ganz interessant für mich, da ich es noch nie zum Stammtisch geschafft habe. Da ich mich jetzt an keinen besonders markanten Punkt auf dem Gelände erinnern kann, mache ich mal folgenden Vorschlag: 13.00 Uhr am Stand von O'Reilly (Standnummer D7) Ist das okay? 3) Wie kann ich die Dos/Windows-Partitionen mounten? mount -t vfat /dev/partitionsname mountpoint Das setzt aber voraus, daß der Mountpoint (=Verzeichnis) angelegt ist.
