ca fait un moment que je me demande à quoi ressemble un conflit.

Là, c'est plus un doublon qu'un conflit.

Pour moi, un conflit c'est plutôt quand tu modifies une donnée et
quequand tu l'ennvoies au serveur, il se rend compte que quelqu'un
d'autre a modifié cette même donnée juste avant toi.
