Hi all, on http://mappa-mercia.org/bham-gritting/josm-style.xml you can find a simple style for josm which highlights routes with gritting priority.
Simply add the url to the list of map paint styles (it hides on the third tab from top) in the josm preferences and restart josm. Now all routes with maintance=gritting and gritting=priority_X should be highlighted with a red or blue outline.
