there is some uncertainty about H roads?in the above page they are tertiary but in talk-is they are unclassified generally i believe unpaved roads should be below tertiary: -unpaved roads inside residential areas should be residential with surface tag used -unpaved roads should be unclassified (2WD) or track (4WD) with tracktype tag used -paved/unpaved roads connecting farms/factories etc should be unclassified or service also unnumbered (paved) roads connecting villages should be tertiary i am sorry i dont have any exp with overpass
