Re[2]: beta/25
Hello Aleks! A when i selected to use Secure to Dedicated port with IMAP, The Bat A (b/24 b/25) still checking mail via port 143 (which is not A secure)... We apologize, these TLS settings are being ignored for IMAP. TLS only works for SMTP and POP3 only currently. -- Maxim Masiutin http://www.ritlabs.com/ -- _ Archives : http://tbbeta.thebat.dutaint.com Moderators : mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Latest Beta: 1.54 beta/25 Wish List : http://wish.thebat.dutaint.com
Re[2]: The Bat! - bug report : Common folders not included
Hello Krzysztof! The command 'Folder | Kill dupes in all folders' does not kill duplicate messages in common folders. KK This bug is still present in beta 25 Right, beta 25 did only fix TLS, nothing more. -- Maxim Masiutin http://www.ritlabs.com/ -- _ Archives : http://tbbeta.thebat.dutaint.com Moderators : mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Latest Beta: 1.54 beta/25 Wish List : http://wish.thebat.dutaint.com

Hello Dierk! DH After I converted to beta 25 I couldn't connect to GMX correctly. I've connected to pop.gmx.de, port 995, and connects properly with beta/25. b25: CC, DUN and focus
Hello TBBETA Members! Another focus problem still in - and made more annoying by a strange disappearance: 1. When TB! checks for mail for two of my accounts (automatically at start-up) it shows me the dialogue to insert my password for the connection. If I hit Esc the window goes, but everything seems to have frozen - because the *second* password dialogue is kept hidden. I have to hit Esc a second time. 2. When TB! checks for mail automatically every 60 minutes the password window comes up but disappears after about half a minute later if I don't use it immediately. To get it back I have to click on the CC (still wrongfully called Dial-up ...) in the TaskBar and then re-focus the dialogue to enter my password. Both of these problems have to be dealt with before a release as they will new users think, the programme is seriously buggy - that is unusable because it always freezes. They won't find out about the work around. -- Dierk Haasis http://www.Write4U.de http://Interest.Write4U.de/pongo PGP keys available: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?Subject=SendMyPGPkeys The Bat 1.54 Beta/25 on Windows 95 4.0 67306684 C Bureaucrats do not change the course of the ship of state. Re[2]: b25: TLS for POP3
Hello Peter! PP So I'd not know what to configure ... TB! default Secure-SMTP-Port PP suggestion is 4433, what is an absolutely unknown port number to PP me. My SSL-SMTP implementation suggestions for Linux all suggest PP port 465 for this (without special reasons, it's just what is PP written in default/example configurations) and even this was PP unknown to me before. OK, let 465 be the default port for SMTP-TLS, not 4433. -- Maxim Masiutin http://www.ritlabs.com/ -- _ Archives : http://tbbeta.thebat.dutaint.com Moderators : mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Wish List : http://wish.thebat.dutaint.com
