I cannot conmfirm the problem reported but CAN report that the spell checker
has gone completely mad!

I rarely use the spell checker but have just called it to check a particular
word and find that it finds fault with EVERY word and offers the original
spell as the 'correct' alternative.

Can anyone confirm THIS?

I am writing allways using both SSCE and HUNSPEELL and see no problem here.

what do You want to confirm?

which dictionaries do You test?

SSCE engine represented by CLX/TLX files in TB's Speller directory?

or HUNSPELL engine represented by DIC/AFF files in TB's Dictionaries directory?

or CSAPI engine represented by LEX files in Windows Proof directory?

RP Can anyone confirm THIS?

After writing the above message I had another look at the spell checker
setup and discovered that it was showing NO dictionaries and I presume that
explains the bizarre behaviour.

I have now reverted to 4.1.11.30 and all is back to spell check normality.

Any confirmations?

MM I am writing allways using both SSCE and HUNSPEELL and see no problem here.

As I reported in a follow up message I found that no dictionaries had been
called. Reverting to 4.1.11.30 allowed TB to find the dictionaries and I
have since reinstalled 4.1.14.1 (RC1) which now also shows the normal
dictionaries.

Regarding the other person's problem with Office apparently stopping TB from
using some dictionaries, I cannot confirm this problem. I have Office
installed and TB is showing both SSCE and HUNSPELL.
