A note to all - when exception log requests are made, it should be made clear
that those should not be sent via the list and would be better sent direct to
RITLabs. The resulting huge message will only be detained by the automated
message-size police built into the list management engine.

We need more data to get to the root of that issue: which is the default
message format, what is the format of the reply-template? Send us the
ex_log.txt and the TheBat_Exceptions.log once that issue appears (you may
delete the older irrelevant logs).

Here we need the ex_log.txt and the TheBat_Exceptions.log alongside The Bat!'s
version number too.

10.4.0.11 - Error Messages

2023-08-16 Thread Richard Newman via TBBETA
Hello Alexander,

APvT> 64-bit
https://www.ritlabs.com/download/files3/the_bat/beta/v10/nau_thebat_64_10-4-0-11.msi
1) When replying to a message I get the following error message as TB opens the
reply window:
"A component named MsgEditor already exists."
This seems to happen when more than one message is being replied to during
a session.
2) Upon sending any email I get the following error message:
"Invalid pointer operation"
3) When reading messages (HTML or Text) I get a variety of Access Violations.
