yes, I know Stef is working on things related to IMAP, rewriting needs

new features in 4.1.11.7 and 4.1.11.8

2009-03-26 Thread Carsten Guthardt-Schulz
Hi Tbbeta,

While the new features like delayed sending and glyphs for IMAP envelopes are
certainly nice-to-haves, don't I remember correctly that now it's the time when
the IMAP implementation should be completely rewritten?

Could Ritlabs please let us know if this is being done right now or if it is
postponed again? What is the roadmap anyway, will there be a 4.2, 4.5 or 5.0 or
are we at a point again where for months and months little things get fixed and
added?

Ritlabs is not an one-man-show, so if some developer works on bugfixes,
other on delayed send and other on GUI, there is no reason to think,
rest of team do nothing. Stay tuned.

Moin, folks!

At present you can specify that secondary addresses of a recipient are
added to BCC:

- Edit Address Book entry of recipient
- Go to tab Other
- [x] Automatically add secondary addresses to the BCC field

I would like to use this feature with the CC field, too. So one should
be able to switch to CC or BCC via radio buttons:

- [x] Automatically add secondary addresses
  (•) to the CC field
  (_) to the BCC field

Yes, Address Book Groups can now contain one or more Groups. :-)

… But I want to see the hierarchical order of the nested groups in the
Instant Address Pop-up, too. At the moment all the groups are in the
root of the menu:

Address Book Instant Address Pop-up

-Group A -Group A
+-Subgroup A -Group B
+-Subgroup B -Subgroup A
-Group B -Subgroup A
+-Subgroup A -Subgroup B
+-Subgroup B -Subgroup B

Furthermore new groups are not displayed in the Instant Address Pop-up
until a restart of The Bat!

Hello Jens,

It is looking like a light blue shadow background @me

As I see it with my 'Yellowish icons' I think it is a problem with the
transparency of the alpha channel of PNG glyphs.
