This could be because problems with the TBUser.DEF file - please send it to me 
for examining. Also, please check whether this file is not read-only (try to 
rename it and see what happens, then rename it back.

however, now the drowdowm menu placed itself between the icon-menu.
I could draw it above the icon menu, wouldn't be surprised if it is again
between the Icons next time.

I do see list id in message list headers and can enter text into list id header 
with creating new mail. As I understand this is additional "memo" that can see 
receivers of my letters.

Can you add list-id as an additional column into View Modes? It will be helpful 
for sorting and check/see/analyse emails with emails that have list-id headers.
