Missing icons
The icons in my tool bar while composing a new message (or a reply) have gone missing. Particularly, the Send button is gone. I cannot figure out how to get them back. I have not seen any traffic on this list for several weeks. Possibly I turned of the list before a trip abroad last October, but, if so, I haven't a clue how to turn it back on. Have you checked what's enabled from View Toolbars? Is Standard checked? If not, it won't be visible (icons won't be displayed).
