When I looked at Olivier's Bach example I was impressed that so little
inline TeX was needed, and that all the necessary adjustments could be made
with native PMX. I was about to post a message saying how much it pleased me
that the child that I had nurtured had matured to the point that together
with Olivier's invaluable insight, a very acceptable solution emerged to a
very tricky problem. But first I dug back into the archive, and found that
back in 2005 I had already posted exactly that thought. I guess my brain
still works about the same way as back then, except that I just don't
remember things as well.
