[Tex-music] musixpss updated version 0.54

Dear all,

I have updated musixpss package to conform to the new specifications 
of dvipdfm(x) and pdfTeX since TeX Live 2016 concerning 
MetaPost-generated EPS files (*.mps).

Appearances of generated MPS-slurs are same.
In case of too old MetaPost which does not support outputtemplate, 
use version 0.53.
