Not using musixflx was my problem. musixtex script failed because of
ghostscript for .ps i think.

there should be a script musixtex that automatically calls pmxab followed
by the three passes needed for musixtex itself. just try musixtex barsant.

MusiXTeX uses a 3-pass system to produce the result. You have to run ...tex, 
musixflx and again ...tex.

There might be wrapper scripts to automate this process.
