With the exception of the 74AC175 Farnell does have almost everything on
stock. Private clients will not be delivered but they can order all the
Farnell parts via www.hbe-shop.de in Berlin/ Germany for the
same price. The parts will be shipped directly by Farnell. I got mine
within 24 hours! A good source as well for Cermet Trimmers, Metal Film
resistors, Transistors, Voltage Regulators etc. is www.Conrad.de (it was
somewhat cheaper there).
The 74AC175PC is a bit a problem for private persons. For industrial
orders this type is available, but only if you order for more then 150
or 200 Euros, a great pity.

Here's Richard McCorkle's kind suggestions for the parts that are out of
stock:
511-TS272CN Dual Op-Amp
512-2N7000BU FET
511-LM317LZ Regulator
The 2n7000 and LM317 are probably available more easily for me around town.
The 74AC175PC and the pre-programmed PIC are the big necessities not
available there, so I'm hoping for a next round group buy.

If there are multiple Mouser projects... which one is best (least
backordered parts) and highest quality parts? Please send a link.
Thank you in advance.
Has anyone started updating the project to include substitutes?

project?
I've ordered the mouser project and skipped the parts that won't ship
until 2011. So we're in the same boat.
