You might want to mention in the documentation that before any of the build instructions will make any sense you need to navigate to: jakarta-tomcat-connectors-1.2.8-src/jk/native As it is, the build instructions make no sense. Seeing a build.xml file instead of a buildconf.sh file in the source archive, the unfamiliar user would make the reasonable assumption that the documentation is out of date, and run ant; leading to the error that the user reported below. IMHO, either the ant script needs to build everything out of the box or the build instructions need to be improved. As a user who just ran through this problem, the response to this bug report that we should read the invalid documentation seems a little dismissive. I am just now thoroughly confused as to the meaning of useContextClassLoader and your change to the document does not help. Now it looks to me like useContextClassLoader=true means use the WebApp classloader and useContextClassLoader=false means use WebAppClassLoader.
