From what I recall, that's file system specific and exactly why we 
don't do that from tracker - disk right now.



I was looking for that just the other day.


You could possibly write a tracker-writeback module to do this and allow 
writeback for tags. Perhaps Philip/Carlos can comment further on this 
since they wrote most of that daemon.
