ভাল লিখেছেন ধন্যবাদ 2008/11/3 9el [EMAIL PROTECTED] অশেষ ধন্যবাদ :) 2008/11/2 Saady Amin [EMAIL PROTECTED] আমরা সবাই জানি ওপেন অফিস দৈনন্দিন কাজের জন্য একটি ভালো প্রোগ্রাম। আরও ভালো যে এটি একটি মুক্ত সফটওয়্যার, অর্থাৎ সবাই এটি বিনামূল্যে ডাউনলোড, ব্যবহার, ও বিতরণ করতে পারেন। লিনাক্স ব্যবহারকারীরা, বিশেষ করে উবুন্টু ব্যবহারকারীরা এ খবর এমনিতেই জানেন, কারন ওপেন অফিস উবুন্টু'র সাথেই আসে। বর্তমানে নতুন ভার্সনের ওপেন অফিস হচ্ছে ৩.০ (রিলিজ ১৩ই অক্টোবর) দুঃখজনক হলেও সত্যি যে, নতুন উবুন্টু ৮.১০ইন্ট্রাপিড আইবেক্স এ (এই ৩০শে অক্টোবরে রিলিজ করা হল), পুরানো ভার্সনের ওপেন অফিস (২.৪১)দেয়া হয়েছে। উবুন্টু'র ডেভেলপারগন নতুন ওপেন অফিস আপডেট করার প্রয়োজনীয় সময় পাননি বলে বিভিন্ন ওয়েবসাইট সূত্রে জানা যায়। উবুন্টু ৮.১০ তে ওপেন অফিস ৩.০ অফলাইনে ইন্সটল করা সম্ভব। অফলাইনে ডাউনলোডকৃত ফাইলটি দিয়ে অন্যান্য পিসি আপডেট করা সম্ভব বলে, এ পন্থা আমার কাছে বেশী পছন্দনিয়। আমার উবুন্টু ৮.১০ এ আমি ওপেন অফিস ৩.০ ইন্সটল করেছি এবং তা দিয়েই এই আর্টিকেল লিখলাম। ১ম ধাপ(ওপেন অফিস ডাউনলোড করা) ওপেন অফিস পাওয়া যাবেhttp://download.openoffice.org/other.html এখানে লিনাক্স ডেব (Linux DEB) এর নিচে English বরাবর Download এ ক্লিক করুন। ফাইলের সাইজ ১৫৪ মেগাবাইট ২য় ধাপ(ওপেন অফিস extract করা) ডাউনলোডকৃত ফাইল টি একটি ডিরেক্টরিতে extract করুন এবং ডিরক্টরির লোকেশনটি লিখে নিন। ৩য় ধাপ(পুরানো ওপেন অফিস মুছে ফেলা) মেনু থেকে Add/Remove চালু করুন এবং পুরানো ওপেন অফিসের সব কিছু মুছে ফেলুন। বিশেষ করে openoffice.org-core প্যাকেজ টি অব্শ্যই মুছতে হবে। আপনিSynaptic Package Manager এর মাধ্যমে তা নিশ্চিত করতে পারেন। শেষ ধাপ (নতুন ওপেন অফিস ইন্সটল করা) Application থেকেTerminal চালু করুন এবং পূর্বের Extract করা ডিরেক্টরির লোকেশনে যান। কমান্ডলাইনে লিখুন: sudo dpkg -i -R . পাসওয়ার্ড দিন এবং ইনস্টল শেষ না হওয়া পর্যন্ত অপেক্ষা করুন। লক্ষ্য করুন যে, R এর পর ডট (.) দিতে ভুলবেন না! মন্তব্য উল্লেক্ষ্য যে, আমি ফ্রেশ ইনস্টলকৃত উবুন্টু ৮.১০ইন্ট্রাপিড আইবেক্স উপর ওপেন অফিস ৩.০ ইনস্টল করেছি। আপনারা চেষ্টা করে দেখতে পারেন। কিন্তু যাই করুন না কেন নিজ দায়িত্বে সাবধানে করবেন, যেহেতু আমি এ ব্যপারে বিশেষজ্ঞ নই। আশা রাখি ওপেন অফিস ৩.০ ব্যবহার করে আপনারা উপকৃত হবেন। ধন্যবাদান্তে, সাদী আমিন https://launchpad.net/~saadyamin https://launchpad.net/%7Esaadyamin -- ubuntu-bd mailing list ubuntu-bd@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bd -- - Use FreeOpenSourceSoftwares, Stop piracy, Let the developers live.
