ভাল তবে এজন্য টিভি চ্যানেল কে কনভিন্স করবেন কিভাবে? আগে বিভিন্ন
চ্যানেল আইটি প্রোগ্রাম দেখাতো এখন তো তাও দেখায় না। আর বিটিভি তে
কম্পিউটার প্রতিদিন একটা প্রোগ্রাম দেখায় সেখানে আমাদের পরানপ্রিয় মোজ
আঙ্কেল এর সুমধুর কন্ঠ শোনা যায়।

তবে আপাতত আমি ইউটিউবে Vodcast(video podcast) suggest করতে পারি। মিডিয়া
হিসেবে খুব একটা খারাপ না খরচের কথা বিবেচনা করলে

গুগলের কথা বললে আমি বলব প্রায় অনেক সমাধান ই গুগলে খুজে পাওয়া যায়, তবে
একটা টপিক ডিসকাশনের মাধ্যমে নানা জনের নানা মত উঠে আসে। আর আলোচনা এমন
একটা জিনিষ যেটার মাধ্যমে লিস্টের নতুন রা আমাদের সাথে পরিচিত হতে পারে
এবং বন্ধুত্ব পূর্ন সম্পর্ক সৃষ্টি হয়।

[Ubuntu-BD] Ot: Moving wp blog to self hosted

[dark lord]

Hey yet another of topic :)

i want to move my blog http://foisal.wordpress.com to hosting  server.
Its been long time i played with wordpress. Now i need solution for
this-

1. Wht i hav to do to import my whole blog to my hosted wp.

 2. I deside i wont save images or any large file in my hosted blog to
save bandwidth .So how do i figure it out how much webspace i need. So
that i can choose hosting package  for now and for future.

3. My montly visitor count more or less 1000+ maybe including spam's. :-D

so how much bandwidth i gonna  need?

4. How can i make my blog more secure from hacker? I know some 1 whose
wp blog was deleted by hacker.

+ HOW TO backup and recover my blog if tht happens same with me?

5. Suggest me a cheap hosting .

I gess wp.com dont let blogger use adsence to there blog thts another
reason to move to hosted wp.

main then copy bookmark extensions folder from backup.

আপনি প্রয়োজন মনে না করলে আপডেট করবেন না তবে সিকিউরিটি বিষয়ক যেসব আপডেট
বা প্যাচ ছাড়া হয় সেগুলো আপডেট করা ভালো

এটা লিনাক্সের জনপ্রিয়  একটি এন্টিভাইরাস সিনাপটিক এ clamav লিখে সার্চ
দিন পেয়ে যাবেন।

[Ubuntu-BD] Centos 5 and xfs filesystem

1. Does cent os support xfs file system? I want to use jfs as / and
xfs for home directory..

2. I hav 10gb for linux partition. I gonna install cent os 5. So how
much space shud i giv for root ? Space left after that will be used
for home folder.

I think u dont understend the prob. We want to loc' xfce but launchpad
not leting us use there translation system. So we r looking for an
alternative system for not just xfce but any other trans' project too.

Why dont u search firefox from synaptic and and select the app for
upgrade. Dont forget to click reload button to find out if firefox
latest i gess 3.5 available.

যদিও ব্যাকআপ রাখা সবচেয়ে উত্তম পন্থা তবে

আমি জানতে চাচ্ছিলামকিভাবে একটি হার্ডডিস্ক ড্রাইভ কে অসাবধানতা বশত ফরমেট হতে
রক্ষা করা যায়? এমন কোন ব্যাবস্থা আছে কি? মানে এমন প্রটেকশন যাতে হার্ডডিস্ক
ফরমেটিং টুল দিয়ে ওই ড্রাইভটি কোনভাবে ফরমেট ডিলিট বা এজাতীয় কোন পরিবর্তন করা
যাবেনা।


আর প্রায় সময় শুনি ওয়েবসার্ভারে ওয়েবসাইটগুলো ব্যাকআপ রাখা হয় এটাকি ম্যানুয়ালি
করা হয় নাকি অটোমেটেড কোন সিস্টেম আছে? আমি যদি লিনাক্সে কোন একটি ড্রাইভ বা

I hav seen the con's of allowing attachment in some yahoo groups. Some
spammers use this to send image spams or worse some 1 can send virus
to all. And its not so hard  upload s'shots to image hosting site like
imageshack.us

actully this 1 works but not as i wanted as he mentioned  had to hide
my desktop icons and worse thing cant see any opend window .all behind
the animated video wall just can see top bottom panel. damm can get my
desktop icons back using given command .
