[Bug 127248] Re: /bin/sh: can't access tty: job control turned off
As far as I can see this bug is preventing me from loading the live Ubuntu dvd on my computer. I have read and tried numerous things from various sites to no avail. My system has run Fc5 ,6 and F7 beta with no problems at all. The dvd runs OK on another system I have but not on this one. Im running an MSI board, 3.2 p-4, 2xhdd, 2gig ram ati card. ? Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong. -- /bin/sh: can't access tty: job control turned off https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/127248 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is a direct subscriber. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy. Please feel free to report any other bugs you may find. ** Visibility changed to: Public ** This bug is no longer flagged as a security issue -- /bin/sh: can't access tty: job control turned off https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/127248 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is a direct subscriber. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
