I installed package dmz-cursor-theme. I cannot reproduce the bug. But as you can see in the screenshot - only several mouse icons are replaced with selected theme. Other icons, including resize window, are used form oxygen theme. Couldn't make screenshot - it doesn't capture mouse cursor. Under GNOME it shows different cursors for window corners. Under KDE DMZ White for right bottom corner shows this kind of cursor: two arrows, one towards left bottom corner and onother one towards right top corner.
