@Gustav, can you please run totem under gdb and obtain a backtrace so we can see in what function it crashes? If it just exits instead of dying on a signal you can usually put a breakpoints on exit, gdk_x_error and abort. You might also need to run totem with the --sync parameter. If you are able to get a backtrace through gdb, please use bt full and attach the output to this bug. Once you have done that, please file an upstream bug at: http://www.openchrome.org/trac/report (and include all the information you have provided here plus the URL to this bug report) And once you have the URL to the upstream bug please click the Also affects project link near the yellow stripe at the top of this page, from there you can link the two bugs. This means that once upstream fixes the bug, the ubuntu packagers get an automatic notification.
