I am experiencing the same problem. As a matter of fact when i click on one of the arrows in the window, firefox crashes! As far as theme, I am using MacOSX 0.7.1... (would there be any connection?). This just in: the main culprit in my case was MacOSX theme... No walnut theme here. The edit this bookmark window doesn't allow resizing, and the scroll bar doesn't scroll the associated window. Upon further testing, it turns out it was the Walnut Theme that was the issue.
