[Bug 664570] Re: No reason specified message while connecting to MSN

2010-10-21 Thread Paul Tansom
Take a look at bug #663670
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/papyon/+bug/663670). There's
a good chance it is the same issue. Do you get a message along the lines
of Cannot Connect with No Reason Specified?

Basically try finding the file:

RequestMultipleSecurityTokens.py

which is in the directory:

/usr/share/pyshared/papyon/service/description/SingleSignOn

and change the line:

CONTACTS = (contacts.msn.com,
?fs=1id=24000kv=7rn=93S9SWWwtw=0ver=2.1.6000.1)

to:

CONTACTS = (contacts.msn.com, MBI)

Use your favourite editor for this, and you'll need sudo to be allowed
to change the file (sorry if that's obvious, though it would save
problems if it wasn't!). A bug fix to the package python-papyon should
be on the way soon if this does fix it.
