Fair enough, but Dag is still right.  The boot disk should not be
trying to use the same lease.

Well, you can hack the windows xp setup files for that.

Find defltwk.in_ should be in i386 directory, expand it, and edit the following
and change this

MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Netlogon\Parameters\RequireSignOrSeal=4,1

to 

MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Netlogon\Parameters\RequireSignOrSeal=4,0

No need to recompress the defltwk.inf, just put it in the i386 directory.

Works for me, YMMV :)
