https://unicode.org/pipermail/cldr-users/2018-September/000837.html As a sidenote — It might be hard to get a selection of discussions actually happen on CLDR-users instead of Unicode Public mail list, as long as subscribers of this list don’t necessarily subscribe to the other list, too, that still has way less subscribers than Unicode Public.
