Hi, Right mouse click on setup file [properties], [security]? What do you see at the bottom? When you have the option to unlock you can do that. Then try setup again. Good antivirus program is advised. That is all I can think of. I get the same error message. I always download to the Downloads folder and run it from there. As usual, I'm asked for the admin password, but it still fails. This was happening before yesterday's update to the Windows 10 Creators edition and after. Great upgrade Windows between this isntallation an the previous? Other users installed succesfully as you stated.
