 My problem is that sometimes tomcat is down. And all sms messages from 
time of outage are lost. Is there any way to configure kannel to check error 
code (or similar parameter). If code is not 200 (or page offline) sms should be 
keeped for later delivery?
 
 Could you give my any clues how to create such configuration?
