how to send SI using PPG

How can i send SI using ppg?

I have allready have ppg and wapbox up and runing but now how can I send the 
URL si ?

Hi,
I think we don't need PPG and even a wapbox to send SI, it's easier to send 
it as sms I guess, because SI has standard specification and there are some 
examples in the archieves.
