Dear all,
  started rtpproxy, enabled nat in cfg file. but still there is only
   connection between two client from different network, unable
   to get audio ifused kamailio server.
  something more that i should add, except rtpproxy and
enabling nathelper from cfg file.
   or else is there any way to debug where it get stuck.

For NATed clients you need to proxy media.  Check out the nathelper
module and rtproxy for proxying media.
