I've attached a document with a paragraph style called "Poem" used for the oper text. It defines a tab at 7,5cm with Times New Roman 12 italic font for the text. So, when you want to write oper text, just change to Poem style, write one german line, press just one tab and write translated italian line. This way you must write line by line. When you need to return to use normal text, just change to Default style. You can easily change paragraph style using the selector in the upper-left part of openoffice window. Using styles you won't have problem to use notes at the end of the page. Hope this helps. Are you using ods or maybe xls or xlsx? If you are using xls or xlsx, I'd suggest you to save it as ODF Spreadsheet (*.ods) If you are already using ODS format then I'd suggest you to select only the cells with content and paste them into a new spreadsheet. Save that new spreadsheet with a different file name and test if it opens faster. If I can't take a look at your spreasheet there's nothing more I can say. Disabling autocomplete in Calc
When you type text in a Calc cell, it tries to autocomplete cell content with the content of any cell in column that starts with the same text. Is it possible to disable that behavior? - Mensaje original - De: Wade Smart wadesm...@gmail.com Para: ooo-us...@incubator.apache.org Enviados: Miércoles, 15 de Enero 2014 23:45:40 Asunto: [openoffice] Flipping a table In my calc sheet I have a need to flip the entire sheet. So Column 1A would be 450A? Ive found several macros but Ive not been able to get them to work. Does anyone know if this can be done? Wade -- - 1A and 450A (more properly A1 and A450 ) are cells, not columns. Supposing you want row 1 to be row 450, row 2 to be row 449 and so on it's just a matter of order. If you can't find a field for reordering as you want, then you can insert a temporary new column A with contents A1=1, A2=2, ... A450=450 and then you can sort the sheet by column A (reverse order). For inserting those values in column A just write 1 in A1, press [enter], click on cell A1 (to select that cell) and then double-click on the little square in then lower-right corner of cell A1 (or drag that little square from A1 to cell A450) . Hope this helps (if I understood your problem) Luis.

Re: Problem with a formula
Hi.The problem is not with fractions but with the values you expect in your conditional. Your formula only applies when A23 B9 or when A23 = (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8). You can fix in your last IF:...IF(A23=8;$F$16;1)...or maybe you're looking for something like:=IF(A23$B$9;$F$8;IF(A238;$F$16;IF(A237;$F$15;IF(A236;$F$14;IF(A235;$F$13;IF(A234;$F$12;IF(A233;$F$11;IF(A232;$F$10;IF(A231;$F$9;1)*A23*D23De: "Явор Маринов" ymari...@neterra.netPara: users@openoffice.apache.orgEnviados: Lunes, 3 de Junio 2013 11:18:35Asunto: Problem with a formulaHello,I'm having a problem with a formula that i have=IF(A23$B$9;$F$8;IF(A23=1;$F$9;IF(A23=2;$F$10;IF(A23=3;$F$11;IF(A23=4;$F$12;IF(A23=5;$F$13;IF(A23=6;$F$14;IF(A23=7;$F$15;IF(A23=8;$F$16)*A23*D23If the content of A23 is integer the formula works fine, but if the content of A23 is а fraction the result is 0.Can anyone point where can be the mistake?-To unsubscribe, e-mail: users-unsubscr...@openoffice.apache.orgFor additional commands, e-mail: users-h...@openoffice.apache.org-- Luis Iglesias RejasServizo de Administración ElectrónicaPraza do Rei, 1 - Planta 7ª36202 VIGOTfno: 986 810 159 / Fax: 986 220 341 Web: www.vigo.org
