There is no page set up option under edit. I am using the Mac version. In OOo go to Format/Page to set page orientation. Re: [users] Re: page orientation
Hi Marra, To change OO's Calc worksheet to print in Landscape orientation do the following: Menu = File Page Preview This will present your document as it will look. Some new icons should show up as a new tool bar on which you should find Format Page and select it;. There will be 7 tabs across the dialogue box that appears and one tab reads Page and you will find the heading orientation and a radio button for Landscape Best regards, Steve On 11/24/07, marra winsome [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: Steven Hunlow wrote and email(see below) he seemed somewhat savey of the differences between OO and Excel. Marra snip First create a new, empty spreadsheet. Now go to FormatPage and select Landscape. Now go to FileTemplatesEdit and choose a name for your Landscape blank template. I called mine LandscapeSpreadsheet. Click OK. Now, when you want to use this template, do FileNewTemplates and Documents and choose the template you just created. You can set it as the default by selecting it from within FileTemplatesOrganise and clicking Set As Default. HTH -- Harold Fuchs London, England Please reply *only* to users@openoffice.org

Re: [users] Re: page orientation
I used a different method to get my OO spreadsheets into landscape format. I clicked on File-Page Preview, and up top next to close preview is format page. This pops up a menu, and on the page tab is a radio button for portrait or landscape. Selecting this once for each file seems to stick very well.
