I am preparing a big patch to fix the filename-escaping everywhere in vim- latex, maybe you can review / test it, before I commit it. I hope to finish it tomorrow, but there are a lot of places to change it. It will then use fnameescape(), which will also escape other special characters. I somehow managed to find the function more or less by accident. I will take a look at the other patch with the windows shellescape afterwards. Regards Till
