[Vo]:off topic computer violated
I got these side ins coming from the right side of my screen. They are called notifications. I have been working a long time to get rid of them. I don't know how I got them in first place. Dog food, pro health, vanity news, and the list kept growing. There was no direct way to kill them. Oh your back again, no thank you. I finally got to the bottom of it. They were coming in directly through Windows 10. I went to the gear on lower left side of Windows and set the notifications to off. All of them, Facebook everything. I have now reclaimed my computer. Who would have the nerve to be so invasive? Frank Z
[Vo]:A Failure to Communicate
What we have here is a failure to communicate. "Failure to Communicate" Cool Hand Luke The digital camera displays that lack of communication between what is observed and what is recorded. Unlike incandescent bulbs that hold heat from past history on the filament, florescent and noble gas tubes shown actually pulsate in time rapidly 120/sec in their light transmissions. This means that when a digital camera goes "off synch" from the actual illuminating discharge happening in time in its recording/ it then begins to take pictures near the zero voltage AC crossing point of it's perceived pulsation. The point here is that a stationary magnetic field in the form of a ceramic magnet recording the voltage in time from a seriesed bulb in that load from the source from MOVING air borne free magnetic fields induced by air core magnetism will show this discrepancy in time by observation from camera recording. Here in this recording chopped to show relevant parts the longer helium bulb has about a 16 second on/off cycle of discharge observed from camera compared to a shorter 12 2/3 sec cycle time made by a 4 inch neon load connected in parallel. Here we can also ask the observer to watch the "wagon wheel effect" shown in the John Wayne episode of Stagecoach. I was amazed to see the camera recording opposite rotation of wheels towards each other because of the stroboscopic effect of camera recording. But then I saw the back wheel was larger then the front one, explaining why two separately connected pictures in time could show opposite rotations relevant to each other! Then apparently the same thing happens here a longer higher ignition bulb shows a different cycle time of recorded discharges then the shorter one. Thus as the president says; I have now replicated the wagon wheel effect from the old days in the modern days with a digital camera. | | | | | | | | | | | "Failure to Communicate" Cool Hand Luke Just one, of the best quotes:.."Cool Hand Luke" Paul Newman 1967. | | | Comments added from helium and neon | | | | | | | | | | | helium and neon These two discharges are shown from the 75 lb/23 gauge secondary @ ~850 ohms int. resistance of source of emf; e... | | | Pioneering the Applications of Interphasal Resonances http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/teslafy/

I have just come across the work of Richard Jowsey http://www.jowsey.org/physics/ For some time I have been thinking that it should be possible to create a space-time model that has something of this form. It certainly seems to match in well with some of the other ideas I have been looking at. Nigel

[Vo]:ICCF-2 book uploaded
I paid $75 to have the ICCF-2 proceedings book scanned, so I decided to upload it: http://lenr-canr.org/acrobat/SIFthescience.pdf I have not read this in a long time. I had forgotten how good it was. There were many promising studies that fell by the wayside, I suppose because of opposition and for lack of money. There are now two papers by Gerischer at LENR-CANR.org; the one from Bockris and the one in this book: http://lenr-canr.org/acrobat/GerischerHiscoldfusi.pdf http://lenr-canr.org/acrobat/SIFthescience.pdf#page=480 The content is similar. You should read them. (Years ago I tagged the first one incorrectly, so the LENR-CANR.org filename is wrong. I will leave it as is.) This book was scanned non-destructively. That costs a lot more and the quality is not as good as destructive scanning. I do not recommend it. - Jed
