Exactly the way free energy inventor (scammer) Dennis Lee raised money, by selling dealerships. We offer you the possibility to meet with us prior to our public announcement that we accept international expressions of interest through our website as of September 2011. As such, this letter will update you on our current status, and provide you with a clearer understanding of the structure with which we are proceeding for all international partnerships. As many of you know, the manner is the same globally. Regarding exclusivity, having received expressions of interest from 63 countries and more than 850 companies, we decided to change our non-exclusivity approach so that due diligence and selection of multiple partners in any given country is the responsibility off the country rights holder. As such, we will only sign agreements with one company per country. Any additional factories will pass through this partner. --- --- Regarding our international sales approach, it is as follows: We sell the rights to manufacture our products exclusively to one company for a given country at a fixed royalty price of 40.5 million Euros per factory producing 300,000 units annually. Within this price, we will: o Provide the blueprints to establish the factory according to our international standardized plans, including all details for the machinery / software / technical know-how used in the factory. o Provide transfer-of-knowledge (production, technical, after sales, maintenance) both in Greece as well as on location Additional royalties are paid to us for each product sold We sell and deliver the industrial secret as a component to the final product in a black box, plug-and-play module. Local company partnerships, marketing, points of sales, technical support remains the responsibility of the country rights holder. Many of you will have already seen these figures; nothing has changed: Larger and smaller factories can be negotiated according to markets. Basic aspects of each factory producing 300,000 units annually (kW and MW product ranges) are: 12,000m2 space (maximum height of 14 meters for half of the allocated space) IT to monitor production line, 1st level support and distribution channels Assembly of products will include the following activities: Build-up of final product (electronics, heat management, etc) Assembly of reactors (purchased from Defkalion) Quality Control Total Quality Management Environmental Control Stress Tests Functional Tests of end products Recharging of units Recycling procedures Factory Special Conditions: Clear air similar to pharmaceutical industry standards Access to constant flow of water Heat management of waste heat during tests of modules (this heat energy could also be used to run the factory’s energy needs with third party technology) --- --- Regarding RD, it is also the case that some of

Jed. Time will tell. I sincerely hope I am wrong with my cynical view of the way Rossi and Defkalion are doing things. I have been waiting as long as everyone to see a cold fusion related product reach the marketplace. We need it now more than ever with oil prices over $100 barrel and peak oil looming in the not too distant future. Re: [Vo]:A worldwide conspiracy against the Rossi effect
These communications by Rossi are taking a bizarre turn. All this paranoid talk about reporters acting for competitors and telling everyone to just wait for the big demonstration a few months away is making me very suspicious of Rossi's claims of inventing a new energy producing device. I was involved in an effort by another so called energy inventor named Dennis Lee who reacted in a similiar way to criticism of his energy device. Attacking those who found faults, instead of addressing the faults that were found. Talking of conspiracies against him and his organization and telling everyone to just wait for the big demonstration of his technology that will prove him right. The problem was that the big demonstration never happened, and he was never proven right. I fear we may witness the same from Rossi. Don't be surprised if the big October rollout of Rossi's E-Cat is delayed, then delayed again, as the excuses mount. This pattern of behavior is familiar with these sort of inventors. I hope my inclinations are wrong about Rossi, but I have to go with what I have experienced before. Many Scientists have taken the correct approach: wait for the 1 MW plant in operation, then make due considerations. This is what smart People did. About pseudo-Scientists and their reaction to my Effect: probably you have read of the “Snake” report after an interview he made in Bologna. Now, as probably most of you have understood, we have very good , (VERY GOOD), intelligence working with us; after the “snake” (disguised as a journalist) who has this week penetrated our organization and made a report based on a fake steam diagram, we asked to our intellicence organization to probe what was behind, and we discovered that: 1- The fake diagram of steam has been given to the “snake” from an Italian competitor that is afraid to lose the funds due to the fact that the taxpayers are tired to give him money while we have reached results without any funding 2- this Italian clown has been given the fake diagram fro an American Laboratory, competing with us, which gave it to him for the same reason 3- the snake has been sent to us to try to dwarf us to allow them to get funding All this is very funny. The names and the particulars of this paper tigers will be explained from me as an anecdote after the start up of the 1 MW plant in Greece: after the start up, after the explication of the theory, this will be the dessert. Something to laugh with. Warm Regards, A.R. * * * Cheers, S.A.
Re: [Vo]:Why Levi is upset
I think the fact that Levi was caught telling a white lie about a report that does not exist is certainly news since it brings into question Levi's trustworthiness. If he was caught lying about the existence of that Galantini report, what else is he lying about? If you read the comments section of Steve Krivit's preliminary report blog, you'll see a comment by Steve in which he says that Rossi said during an interview this week that there is no Galantini report. Perhaps report and data were confused by Levi, with the language barrier causing confusion? If they would provide the data regarding the steam measurements, this whole issue could be put to rest. I am beginning to wonder why we are even taking Rossi and Levi seriously? Big claims and no supporting credible data. What category does that put them in? Re: [Vo]:Steve Krivit's initiative
Even if LENR is found to ulimately not be fusion and rather is other weak atomic forces interacting, it may be commonly known as cold fusion' in colloquial terms. In any case, all this talk about what to name the field will be overshowed by technological developments, if Rossi actually has working LENR devices providing heat later this year. The scientists will settle on an acceptable scientific term and the general public will either adopt that term or just stick with the more familiar cold fusion, even if it's not fusion. There are other examples in the modern English language in which the true meaning of a phrase is different than the phrase used to describe it. [Vo]:Can Atmospheric Heating Predict Future Earthquakes?
While many branches of scientific inquiry have made incredible strides over the past century, earthquake prediction science has been woefully slow to make advancements that could lead to accurate scientific forewarning of pending earthquakes. Reports of unusual pre-earthquake atmospheric phenomena have led inquisitive scientists to initiate research into atmospheric conditions in areas that are prone to experience earthquakes. The initial results of these atmospheric investigations in earthquake zones have provided enough positive data to warrant further research that could eventually led to accurate earthquake prediction methods. Japanese Nuke Reactor Suffered a China Syndrome Meltdown Nuclear meltdown at Fukushima plant One of the reactors at the crippled Fukushima Daiichi power plant did suffer a nuclear meltdown, Japanese officials admitted for the first time today, describing a pool of molten fuel at the bottom of the reactor's containment vessel. By Julian Ryall in Tokyo 2:01PM BST 12 May 2011 Engineers from the Tokyo Electric Power company (Tepco) entered the No.1 reactor at the end of last week for the first time and saw the top five feet or so of the core's 13ft-long fuel rods had been exposed to the air and melted down. Previously, Tepco believed that the core of the reactor was submerged in enough water to keep it stable and that only 55 per cent of the core had been damaged. Now the company is worried that the molten pool of radioactive fuel may have burned a hole through the bottom of the containment vessel, causing water to leak. We will have to revise our plans, said Junichi Matsumoto, a spokesman for Tepco. We cannot deny the possibility that a hole in the pressure vessel caused water to leak. Tepco has not clarified what other barriers there are to stop radioactive fuel leaking if the steel containment vessel has been breached. Greenpeace said the situation could escalate rapidly if the lava melts through the vessel. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/asia/japan/8509502/Nuclear-meltdown-at-Fukushima-plant.html On Fri, May 13, 2011 at 4:18 AM, John Berry aethe...@gmail.com wrote: About a month ago Mauro said that what had happened was thus far a proof of safety. Now that they admit there was a full meltdown in the reactor, do you now still think that Nuclear power is safe? (or will every meltdown be the exception?) After weeks of denials and downplaying the truth, TEPCO has now reluctantly admitted that *Fukushima suffered a core fuel nuclear meltdown *. This means the fuel rods in reactor No. 1 were not sufficiently cooled, so they physically melted, releasing vast amounts of radiation into the containment vessel. Even worse, this nuclear meltdown apparently resulted in a *containment vessel breach*, melting through the floor of the reactor. This is what caused radiation to escape into the environment (air and ocean water). I disagree. What happened to this point (always based on available news reports, of course) is a proof of safety, more than anything else. The fact that the containment vessel resisted the explosion of the reactor building and that no major radioactive leaking occurred, even when the reactor core seems to be in a partial meltdown, and after the most powerful recorded earthquake struck really close, says a lot about the level of precaution, planning and safety those plants have. I can be wrong, and the containment vessel will end up not being able to contain the meltdown(or partial meltdown, according to reports), but to this point, the available evidence is indicating that it will be able to do it. The fact they have decided to use sea water to cool down the reactors also seems to strengthen this, because the temperatures and pressures will decrease. Probably the level of contamination and consequent cancer increase produced by the burning of the oil and gas facilities will be much greater than the one produced by the radioactive leaking produced by venting. Not to talk about the diseases and deterioration of quality of life caused by the atmospheric pollution, which results from the burning of fossil fuels regularly. Nuclear reactors have the potential to cause great damage, but just due to that, their level of safety is greater. And that level seems to be adequate, at least in this case, and until this moment. Conventional nuclear power is certainly not a perfect solution, but I think nuclear power and their associated dangers are preferable to the burning of fossil fuels and their associated problems. [Vo]:The Hidden Costs of Nuclear Energy
The Hidden Costs of Nuclear Energy In the early 1950s, President Dwight D. Eisenhower initiated the “Atoms for Peace Program”, an effort to turn military developments in the field of nuclear science into commercial nuclear power reactors that could be used to generate electricity for the civilian population. Lewis Strauss, the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission Chairman that served under President Eisenhower, famously predicted that nuclear derived electricity would be so inexpensive that it would be “too cheap to meter.” Sixty years later, the reality regarding the cost of nuclear power has proven to be quite the opposite.
