I, of course, meant world-wide patent disclosure.

And, no, of course he hasn't disclosed in a patent or otherwise. If he'd
disclosed we'd know about it.

I do not understand what you mean. If he had distributed his protocol to
the world, he would not be able to get a patent. Unless he filed for patent
first, I guess. Anyway, he is not distributed it as far as I know.

Rossi said on the Journal of Nuclear Physics today: These photos,
published on my personal website, have been made months ago in Raleigh’s
factory, during the final phases of the manufacturing .

So, how official is the Andrea Rossi website? Looks pretty slick and well laid
out.

Has Andrea endorsed it? I would imagine so, but it isn't immediately obvious to
me.

Rossi has stated that the volume that is LENR active in this reactor is
about 1/2 a cubic meter. The remaining support stuff is required to control
the distributed LENR reaction. That is a lot of stuff to keep the Big cat
going. There is much room for improvement in this design. I think back to
the first days of the computer in 1944. A tube based computer containing a
few hundred bytes was as big as an office building. My point, we could look
forward to another Moore's law applied to LENR systems.
