And it appears to be a repeatable sighting. CISCOP will hate that. I suspect the spectator crowd will increase geometrically in short order, with video cameras in tow. Even two separate vid cams a couple meters apart would let you plot 3D trajectory if it's an insect. Put them many tens of meters apart to plot a genuine distant flying saucer 3D trajactory.
