Well, this one is definitely ours. You can get a brochure:

The dirigible airship, the oddball aircraft of another era, is making
a comeback. California-based Aeros Corporation has created a prototype
of its new breed of variable buoyancy aircraft and expects the vehicle
to be finished before the end of 2012. With its new cargo handling
technology, minimum fuel consumption, vertical take-off and landing
features and point to point delivery, the Aeroscraft platform promises
to revolutionize airship technology.

I think it's a small RC jet at a distance.

Be serious!

 Don't say Bugs:

They need a high speed camera to find out what this is.

And it appears to be a repeatable sighting. CISCOP will hate that.

I suspect the spectator crowd will increase geometrically in short order,
with video cameras in tow.

I'm going to vote that it's one of ours simply because it's repeatable.
Black ops and what not. But who knows. ;-)

Or just a stereo vid cam, to prove that it's not a nearby object
(just an insect out of focus. People saying it's not a bug are basing
their confident decision on what? Authority? Nothing?)

Even two separate vid cams a couple meters apart would let you plot 3D
trajectory if it's an insect. Put them many tens of meters apart to plot
a genuine distant flying saucer 3D trajactory.
