I understand why it is not permitted to make photos of the Consultants of
the Customer, but why not of the steam coming out from the Demo?

Per Rossi's blog, the steam is going into a dissapater, and then back
into the plant.

So, if the steam is recirculating, is there a secondary flow and heat exchanger?

This dissipator or dissapator must be some type of condenser in which the
steam is converted in water, supposedly hot. How is the heat produced by the
setup- measured?
