Done. I took the liberty to actually point the downloadpage for fresh
to 5.4 and still to 5.3

And also update the portable version shortcode. Note that you don't
need to add both the reduced-langauge variant and the full language
one, you are free to point to only one of each.

If you would like to have an area for your language (in the form of
http://XX.libreoffice.org where XX is your language code) on the
Silverstripe CMS, please:

request on the website mailing list the creation of a site and give
the name of it and the language code to use
in the same message,

list all members of your team that should have access to the admin
interface and give the e-mail address and a user name of all the
members in order to create an account for them
state whether to grant author or publisher right,
who to set as subsite admin(s). If none is specified, first one to
request the site will be entered as subsite admin, all others as
publisher.

anyway, created the subsite based on the italian one (i.e. copied the
structure of the italian site) - and for now the langauge is also set
to italian, as silverstripe doesn't now about vec yet

to edit login at https://www.libreoffice.org/admin with your email and
your password (triggered a password-reset link earlier today) and pick
Venetian NL project from the dropdown at the left if it isn't
automatically switching to that site.

Once you have some basic content there (you can switch between editing
and preview using the button at the lower right), the DNS can be
setup/the site made public.
