I've applied OLE#75 and OLE#76 and now I've something that doesn't look
right:

Becasue we only have typelib generation code for MSFT type typelibs.
The assumption is that no app will actually try to parse the typelib
itself so we're free to use either format.

*probably* always used in a case insensitive way, but then I didn't really
check it...

There's nothing in my registry pointing to C:\WINNT. Couldn't this be
