   Not that I know of.  I think it currently shows up on screen 0 (or 
maybe it was the last screen rather than the first?).

Not that I know of.  I think it currently shows up on screen 0 (or
 maybe it was the last screen rather than the first?).

There is no option.  The cursor always starts out on screen 0, and returns
there after a server reset.
