I´m asking due the problem described by CLEMENT Francis on Thursday, October
01, 2009 subject: CtrlClnt local/remote diff in return value on w2k (we are
having this problem here).

This error isn´t listed in changelog of 1.27-pre01 as solved.

Davide, do you plan to release the official version of XMail 1.27 ?

Yes, I will eventually release it of course.
But why you're asking for the official 1.27 release? Do you think I've
some sort of blessing power that will make a certain release stable just
by assigning a non-pre version?
Or that here there are 50 QA people thoroughly testing the pre-releases?
In open source, QA is *us* guys. For me, I can only say that every
pre-release is immediately run on my server, but that's about it.

I also recognised the fflush() I mentioned in an earlier mail is
  still in the source.

 No it's not.

Sorry, you are right. I overlooked it. Thanks.

Forgot to add that there is a new version of the OpenSSL DLLs inside
(0.9.8k), and these should be used together with the 1.27-pre01 binaries.
Updated root certificates are included too.

Thanks. That fixed the VS2008 problem. You also forgot to mention the
improved spool seeding and relay randomization.

I also recognised the fflush() I mentioned in an earlier mail is
still in the source. No hurry to remove it, but I thought it would be
gone.
