[Xpert]server time

Is there any way to get the server timestamp without waiting for an
event or using the last event?  I was looking through the xlib
documentation and didn't see anyway.  I found a way to do without it
for my current project, I was curious for in the future.

Change a property and wait for the PropertyNotify event.
