Hello, Does anyone have a comprehensive set of chord definitions for abc? I'm basically looking for a set of %%MIDI chordname commands which includes all the chords listed on page vi of The New Real Book, Volume 1. If no one has it, I'll build it and post it somewhere. I'm also interested in
