Just tried it in Xemacs
All in all, I believe abc-mode would benefit from some more work...
Y. It makes Xemacs loop endlessly CtrlAltEsc saying
garbage collection done.

remember, I''ll pick up where this reset happens and tell you
so that you can fix it. I'd introduce a new command line switch like
--no-reset-pgno so that yer abc2ps still looks `normal'

Hi.
Here's an idea:
One can do a simple change to abc2midi to make it derive the midi output file
name from the T: field. I did it by introducing a new switch --names.
Those who think it a good idea can figure out how to do it easily -
'tis not my program :-)
