changes in AntiMalware posture.
Some AV solutions are more agressive than others at monitoring and
preventing changes. Last major go round was with the offerings from Avast
AVG, guess the Internet Security 360

Just a guess, Ninite might have installed the 64-bit version of java.
LibreOffice still need the 32-bit version.
