the Device 2e path is \_SB_.PCI0.SATA. But I think that was at the time I had
the resume issue because the BIOS didn't properly unlock my hard driver after
the suggested BIOS

a) Polling the temperature even the BIOS does not tell the OS to dos so
(at least not in ACPI specified way)

setting ignore_ppc to 1 does not stop the problem from occurring.
Under heavy load, the system decided to bring the cpu cores down from 2200 to
1200. I don't know
