system administration. IF a person attempt to break passwords, thy can
just flood the server with requests and eventually the log will clear.
The best solution is to have the logs cleared by a script or third party

HI all,
I need to hide a field from AD (windows 2003/exchange 2003) from
displaying in the GAL from exchange. Ideally, I could block all students from
seeing one or two fields and allow all staff to view that field. (company name
or company number as an example)

Title: Kerberos question
Quick question:
I have a remote system that needs to authenticate to our 2003 dcs, I have the choices of Kerberos and ldap. I would perfer to use Kerberos for security reasons, but I do not know if I need to do anything on the DC server in order to make this work.

I think we have a miscom here: I have no
5.5 server-- I assume that you mean exchange 5.5
dc as the support is already there, that is the primary authentication
mechanism now.

Title: task pads
Hi all,
I need to give a non admin IT user access to aduc. Our plan is to use gpo to push out office 2k3. The non admin IT user is to move the machine to the deployment OU.
Is this possible? I am thinking creating a task pad will do this, but I have not ever done that.

be simple to modify this one to include the computer name as an argument.
