I ask this because Microsoft has recently told me that in certain
circumstances, clients will
I think its just based on dns/site topology.
So,its probably whichever DC responds first after a dns lookup based on site
information.
But I could be wrong.
Run netmon or ethereal to see what's going on under the hood.
