Yes read it, I spent entirely too much time working on it for people to not read it. :) It is the same as moving from 2K to K3SP1 because that is what it is, moving from 2K to K3SP1. So go looking for those KB articles. The extra possible issues are with the SFU extensions that has been mentioned

Hope you don't mind me answering this... The same rules apply when going from w2k to w2k3r2 compared to w2k-w2k3 Make sure you run ADPREP from DISK 2!!! Using that ADPREP version upgrades the schema directly to version 31 (R2) If you run the ADPREP version from DISK1 you will get schema version
